One-Time Payment and Access Period
Use It or Lose It: Your Most Capable Body is sold on a one-time payment basis, granting you 365 days from the date of purchase to access. There are no subsequent or renewing subscription charges, so you won't be charged again the next year.
The course itself takes about 3 weeks to implement to results. So having a full 365 days of access takes the time pressure off and gives you the option to complete the course in your own time – then revisit it throughout the year as required, for example to re-schedule your exercise to a changed weekly routine, or to complete an updated capability audit. The tools in the course are available to you on-demand so you can complete each lesson as many times as you like within that 365 day period.
Where necessary or desired, the 365 day duration can be extended on request by the purchaser for no additional charge for up to three months. To request an extension, contact us at [email protected] from the email you signed up with.
Refunds and Support Policy
Currently sales are final and no cash or credit refund, and no exchange of merchandise is offered by Use It or Lose It: Your Most Capable Body. The course is sold as-is, and as a learning course effort and participation form the user is a key ingredient for gaining the desired benefits from the course. So when purchasing the course please consider the benefits you want, the effort and time you're willing to put in to the activities, and make a commitment.
As a guideline, we recommend completing the course by investing 1-2 hours per day over 3 weeks – or any modification of that which works for your schedule.
In cases where you've purchased the course and have been unable to log, please contact [email protected] for guidance and support accessing your course. Your success at gaining quality exercise that you love is very seriously the entire point! We are at your service to enable you to access your course.
In the event you're genuinely unable to access the course at all, and where support from our staff is unable to help you resolve the issue, we will of course issue you a full refund.
